Outside food and beverages are not permitted on site. To book your reservation, we will contact you to pay the base price for the package. A few days prior to your appointment, we will contact you to setup payment for any additional upgrades requested at checkout. Cancellation & Weather Policy

Should your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, you may receive a full or partial refund, dependent on the amount of notice, as defined below: Reservations cancelled by the renter ten (10) days or more before your reservation are eligible for a 100% refund. Reservations cancelled by the renter between four (4) and nine (9) days before your reservation are eligible for a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled by the renter within three (3) days of your reservation are not eligible for a refund, unless we are able to rebook your time with another reservation, at which time, your reservation is eligible for a 50% refund.
